At one time the information in this book was relevant. The book itself is well organized and for its day insightful.

Based on the p-4 which is a tad outdated as we are now (as of this review) at the p-7. Much of the new operating system design and even hardware is no longer relevant. The flexibility that you have now days was not imagined at the time of this book.

Hopefully there is a more up to date equivalent. I have not tried to contact the author yet.
