Michael's death was thought to of been an accident until through Michael's ghost and a gifted Lucy bring a warning to Liz that Michael's murderer is out to get her.
I have to admit my mind went to the movie, Ghost where Sam's ghost gets Oda May to warn Molly and in my head I could hear Oda May's voice, "Molly, you in danger girl!", lol.
Anyhow, back to the story.
I enjoyed reading this, it kept me turning the pages to find out what's going to happen next up until the end. I enjoyed the times in Liz's dreams when she gets to spend some time with Michael. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to spend time with those that have passed before they crossed over...
The end was satisfying and it leads you into the start of the next chapter in Liz's life and purpose. I'll definitely be getting the second book.

All right so due to this book here, I have now decided that waterproof mascara is the only way to go. I read this on my at ball practice. I walked in to get my daughter and it appeared I was beat to death, from the smudges. LOL! All of this is a good thing though. Cameo thanks and the makeup department lady says thanks too. She should be paying you part of her commission.
My favorite quote from the book and I don't normally do favorite quotes in reviews but this one stuck.
"I'll never leave you. I'll always be here," he said placing his hand over my heart. "Always remember that Forever in my heart."

Lizzy grew up in a broken mess of a home. Her mother drank in order to forget her father leaving. This leaves Lizzy to be the one taking care of the family. All of this was made bearable though because of Michael. Michael is her childhood friend and her saving grace. He has been her best friend all of her life and as their friendship changes and grows. It becomes more. He was there for her always......awhh Michael. They want to build a life together. Everything changes on the date night of their fourth anniversary date. Lizzy's world is turned upside down as she struggles with finding out the truth and trying to survive without her soul mate.

This book was heartbreaking and made me cry. I enjoyed love between Lizzy and Michael. It was beautiful. I enjoyed the way she wrote their story, it felt real and pulled me into the pages. I felt them and had such a clear visual picture in my mind while reading, it was amazing. I loved the personalities of the two characters and I felt like she nailed it, perfect!
I read this awhile back but it took me a bit to write this, since well it really got to me, touched me deep. I think in some way I actually grieved this book. I am not going to spoil this story for you. I think you should read it, No I demand that you read it. Enter the world that she has so beautifully written for us, laugh, and cry, scream just like I did. We have forgiveness, second chances and finally redemption. I know you will not be disappointed. Cameo Renae, what a wonderful book you gave us. Thanks you!!!!!
Pull out the tissue for this one folks! It's a tear jerker! We begin this beautiful tale of everlasting love with Lizzy. Sitting around waiting for Michael to come pick her up for a special date. From there on, it just continues to turn your world around. Our emotions go through the wringer! What author Cameo Renae has done with words is splendid. She literally pulls you into the pages of the book and holds onto you until you have finished. This is a debut novel and I am very impressed by the wonderful writing and descriptions and the depth of the characters and feelings that are being portrayed. I fell in love with every character. Even the nurse that made an appearance for like 5 seconds! hahaha I don't know what it was about this book that rattled my emotions. Maybe it's because I believe in spirits. I believe they linger around us and are with us. Who knows? I just know that this book came into my life and I'm so happy that it did and that I get to share it with you!
Lizzy and Michael have their entire life planned ahead of them. All their dreams are right at their fingertips. Then one fateful night changes everything for them. Changes the way things will go forward for their futures, but the wonderful thing about that change is that their love remains the same. Strong. Their love is stapled into their hearts forever. Nothing stands in the way of these two. Not even death. Together they are on a quest to find Michael's killer and together they get out of troubles and dangers that lurk in the shadows.
This book is about love. It's about forgiveness. It's about second chances at living life. It's a wonderful read and trust me your eyes will drop tears...grab that tissue box! I give this book my thumbs up!
Excellent story! The love between Lizzy and Michael is unconditional. Michael risks his life more then once. Even for his friends. He risks his life one too many times. Lizzy is waiting for Michael to come pick her up so they can spend the day together. She starts to feel pain, somethings wrong. Michael is never late. Lizzy calls Michael's phone, no answer. She calls again no answer! Hours later Lizzy gets a call thinking, Finally Michael! Michael's parents call Lizzy to deliver bad news. Michael was in an accident. Her life has changed forever. I loved the idea, Michael visits Lizzy in her dreams. Lizzy founds out the truth and experienced it for herself. She needs to ell the cop the truth... Who is going to believe her?

This story has many great twist. One of them even shocked me! I teared up a few times. The author did a great job on her characters. I love Michael. He is sweet and sensitive. But don't get him mad...He can kick some ass! Even in his afterlife he keeps protecting the ones he loves!

Perfect ending...Possibility of a second book? I hope so ) I would love to read more about Lizzy and her future!
